PRICES:

All prices quoted are in Euro (€).

Prices may be subject to change due to manufacturers price alterations, change to the rate of Value Added Tax or fluctuations in exchange rate. In such cases you will be notified of any changes before your order is despatched.

PAYMENT:

Payment may be made via PayPal using Visa, Mastercard etc and will be debited from your account before the despatch of your order.

Customers also have the option of paying by personal cheque, which can be sent to our office at RUW Bags or by bank transfer. Cheques must clear before orders can be shipped and made payable to RUW Bags.

We go to great lengths to keep your financial information private and safe. We do not accept or hold any credit card information. All credit transactions occur outside of www.ruwbags.com. When you reach the stage at which you input your Credit / Laser Card information, you have left www.ruwbags.com and are in the PayPal site. All our payments are managed by PayPal. We have taken this step in order to protect you from any loss, misuse or alteration of information collected so you can buy online from www.ruwbags.com with confidence.

DATA PROTECTION:

RUW Bags may wish to advise you of future offers. If you do not want to receive such offers please tick the relevant box in the order section.

The only information collected is that given at the time of ordering, and that is necessary to fulfill customer’s orders. All credit card details are deleted once the order has been completed. This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act. This information is not passed on to third parties.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery Times:

Deliveries are normally made within 7 days from receipt of order.

You will be advised of any delay, or if any item is no longer available by email. During times of peak seasonal demand (for example Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, but especially at Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please allow extra time for delivery.

All products are offered subject to availability and may be withdrawn if all stock is sold or if we are unable to source more stock. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be given a full refund. If we are unable to supply a product, alternative goods will not be substituted without your permission.

Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges are based on An Post’s published Standard Post rates plus a nominal P&P fee. If Registered or Express Post is required please email or call us before you place your order so we can advise total delivery charge applicable and invoice accordingly.
The cost of delivery for all orders posted to any address within Ireland is based on the total weight of the order and is priced as follows:

Any orders despatched via An Post Registered or Express Post will require a signature. Please ensure there is somebody at home to receive the order or, if this is not possible please provide RUW Bags with an alternative delivery address where a signature can be obtained. Delivery to work addresses, providing a signature can be obtained, are not a problem for us.

Please ensure that you provide both a billing and delivery address at the time of ordering.

International orders:

We are able to ship most items to World Wide. If you would like a delivery quotation, please email sales@ruwbags.com. and we will endeavour to obtain the most cost effective despatch method for your purchase. Please do not place an order with us until you accept the delivery quotation.

RETURNS:

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect:

In the case of damage, please retain the products and contact us on 00 0353 (0) within 7 days of receipt. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period:

By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. All such returns must be unused and returned in their original packaging (this does not apply to damaged or faulty items). Please obtain proof of posting (free from your Post Office) when returning goods as we cannot provide a refund or exchange if we do not receive the original goods back.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:

• where you are returning an entire order, we will refund the entire delivery charge.
• where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
• we will refund only standard postage charges for items delivered outside of Ireland.

We will not refund the costs you incur in returning the item to us (unless it is faulty or defective).

CONDITIONS OF USE

1. RUW Bags require you to open an account. You must complete the registration process and all the information supplied must be complete and accurate. You will be asked to choose a password, and the responsibility for maintaining the privacy of this account and password is entirely yours. Furthermore, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and you agree to immediately notify RUW Bags of any unauthorised use of your account or breach of security.

2. Once set up, your account will continue indefinitely, regardless of usage levels, unless terminated by you or RUW Bags. You can terminate your account with RUW Bags by calling 00353 (0) . RUW Bags can terminate your account without prior notice at the discretion of RUW Bags management.

3. RUW Bags reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which RUW Bags services are offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and for additional terms posted on the RUW Bags website.

4. The RUW Bags site is for personal and non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, transmit, display, distribute, perform, reproduce, licence, publish, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any products obtained from RUW Bags.

5. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts to settle any disputes which may arise in connection with these terms and conditions.

6. By registering with RUW Bags you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
